My FAVORITE Advocare Recipes

How I Lost My Sophomore Sixteen… Or 20… Or 30 Pounds…

Many of us know how college goes. And most of us worried about the infamous Freshman Fifteen. Well, I didn’t gain that scary fifteen pounds somehow. Instead, I went into my sophomore year around 125-128 pounds and left close to 150 pounds.. maybe a little higher. What happened?!
